So let's see how long I keep up with this Xanga thing...

Friday- Saturday I, along with some of the other great people of Boonville, starved ourselves by participating in the 30 Hour Famine. Pictured below is my 'tribe' team thingy, Madi, playing a game of charades that started with the words "I've never..." (referring to Ugandan children, and things they've never done). Amanda is acting out, "I've never SANG A BACKSTREET BOYS SONG!", which was the tie breaker... that we won! We later had a little game of hide-and-seek, and it took us forever to find Tall Ryan who was hiding behind the curtains of that window there. On Saturday, we had a soup lunch that raised something around $500... plus whatever donations we got from door to door stuff, and induvidually... overall it went pretty good.

Saturday night was An Evening at Thespian Hall (band concert). I delighted the audience with my awesome 3rd trumpet skillz and a sort-of-solo-thingy that wasn't really a solo because the girl next to me was playing too, and so was the clarinet section... but L likes to call things that aren't really solos solos. Anyways, this is the concert that's recorded, so I get to hear my little triplets forever.

I was also entertained that evening by Jude Wright, who I caught attempting to spit from the balcony above our dining room.
